Abstract

Zeoliti su mikroporozni materijali koji zbog svojih različitih svojstava imaju široku primjenu te veliku ulogu u heterogenoj katalizi. U ovom diplomskom radu pripravljeni su materijali strukturnog tipa CHA. Hidrotermalnom sintezom pripravljeni su materijali SSZ–13, visokosilikatni analozi prirodnog zeolita kabazita te je proučavan utjecaj baze (kalijev hidroksid) i organskog usmjerivača strukture (N, N, N-trimetil-1-adamantilamonijev hidroksid) na morfologiju i kiselinska svojstva produkata. Provedena je i solvotermalna sinteza silikoaluminofosfata SAPO–34 u svrhu njihovog korištenja kao kristalnih cjepiva u hidrotermalnoj sintezi materijala SSZ–13 kako bi se smanjio te konačno potpuno eliminirao udio organskog usmjerivača strukture u pripravi materijala SSZ–13. Za uspješnu pripravu materijala SSZ–13 korištenjem SAPO–34 kristalnih cjepiva potrebno je dodatno istražiti povoljne reakcijske uvjete te stabilnost materijala SAPO–34 pri istima.

Abstract (english)

Zeolites are microporous materials which, due to a variety of their numerous properties, have a wide application and an important role in heterogeneous catalysis. In this diploma thesis two CHA-type zeolitic materials were prepared. SSZ–13 materials, high-silica analogue of natural zeolite chabazite, were prepared via hydrothermal synthesis and the influence of base (potassium hydroxide) and organic structure directing agent (N,N,N-trimethyl-1-adamantylammonium hydroxide) on the morphology and acidic properties of the products was researched. Silicoaluminophosphates, SAPO–34 materials, were prepared via solvothermal synthesis to be used as crystal seeds in the seed-assisted hydrothermal synthesis of SSZ–13 materials to reduce and eventually eliminate the use of organic structure directing agent in preparation of SSZ–13 materials. For the successful preparation of SSZ–13 materials using SAPO–34 crystal seeds, it is necessary to further investigate the favorable reaction conditions and the stability of SAPO–34 materials under these conditions.
