Abstract

Funkcionalno-prostorna struktura sastoji se od nekoliko različitih elemenata. Svaki od elemenata predstavlja urbani podsistem, koji vrši određenu funkciju. Urbani podsistemi mogu biti stambene, poslovne, prometne ili rekreacijske funkcije, a ključ za međusobnu funkcionalnost unutar gradske strukture je integracija i podjednaki stupanj razvoja. Promjene unutar gradskih struktura su stalne te najčešće uzrokovane ljudskim utjecajem. Najčešće se događaju s ciljem iskorištavanja većeg potencijala određenog prostora ili revitalizacije gradskog područja, koje zaostaje u razvoju. U gradu Šibeniku, posljednjih godina uvelike se radi na prenamjeni zapuštenih područja izrazitog potencijala, kao što je područje bivše tvornice TEF, ali i na revitalizaciji stare gradske jezgre, koja je tijekom godina izgubila dio svoje poslovne funkcije. Sve više stanovništva želi i odseliti iz stare gradske jezgre, a u ovom radu se istražuje koji to problemi muče domicilno stanovništvo. U ovom radu napravljena je revizija najvažnijih aktualnih gradskih projekata te je objašnjen njihov glavni cilj.

Abstract (english)

The functional-spatial structure consists of several different elements. Each of the elements represents an urban subsystem, which performs a certain function. Urban subsystems can be residential, business, recreational or traffic functions, and the key to mutual functionality within an urban structure is integration and an equal degree of development. Changes within urban structures are permanent and most often caused by human influence. They most often occur with the aim of exploiting the greater potential of a certain space or revitalizing an urban area, which is lagging behind in development. In the city of Šibenik, in recent years, much work has been done on the conversion of neglected areas of great potential, such as the former TEF factory, but also on the revitalization of the old city center, which has lost part of its business function over the years. More and more people want to move out of the old town, and this paper investigates which problems plague the domicile population. Part of this paper is a review of the most important current city projects is made and their main goal is explained.
