Abstract

Organski elektrolitski foto-kondenzatori svoju su primjenu pronašli u biomedicini. Kako postoji mnogo različitih primjena, tako se javila i potreba za različitim dizajnom organskog elektrolitskog foto-kondenzatora, čija izrada uz pomoć tradicionalnih litografskih metoda nije uvijek jednostavna. Osim klasičnih metoda, za strukturiranje foto-kondenzatora koristili smo metode podizanja germanija i melamina u vodenim otopinama. More poznata je već od ranije, a metoda strukturiranja tankih slojeva podizanjem melamina nova je inovacija proizašla iz ovog diplomskog rada. Abstract (english)

Organic electrolytic photocapacitor (OEPC) has found application in biomedicine. As there are many different applications, need for different OEPC designs has arosed. Making OEPC with traditional lithographic processes isn’t always easy and straightforward. Here is demonstrated the way of structuring thin layers with use of germanium and melamine liftoff.
