Abstract

Opisana je foraminiferska zajednica iz odabranog uzorka naslaga miocenske
starosti na Dilj gori, geološki stup Ciprovac. Detaljno je analizirana frakcija 0,35 mm koja
je dobivena mokrim prosijavanjem. Određene su ukupno 33 foraminiferske vrste, koje
pripadaju podredovima Rotaliina i Textulariina. Planktonske foraminifere dominiraju, 17
određenih vrsta predstavlja 84,6 % zajednice što ukazuje na dubljevodne taložne okoliše
gornjeg dijela kontinentalne padine. Najbrojnije planktonske vrste su: Trilobatus trilobus,
Trilobatus quadrilobatus, Trilobatus bisphericus. Izračunati su indeksi bioraznolikosti:
bogatstvo vrsta, Berger-Parker-ov indeks dominacije, Simpson-ov indeks dominacije,
Shannon-Wiener-ov indeks, indeks ekvitabilnosti i Fisher-ov indeks. Na osnovu
stratigrafskih raspona prisutnih vrsta određena je badenska starost naslaga.

Abstract (english)

The foraminiferal assemblage from the Miocene deposits (Mt. Dilj gora),
Ciprovac section have been studied. The 0.35 mm fraction obtained by sieving was
analyzed in detail. A total of 33 foraminiferal species were determined and classified into
the suborders Rotaliina and Textulariina. Of these, 17 species belong to the planktonic
foraminifera, accounting for 84.6% of the assemblages, suggesting an upper bathyal
depositional environment. The most abundant planktonic species are: Trilobatus trilobus,
Trilobatus quadrilobatus, Trilobatus bisphericus. The following biodiversity indices were
calculated: Species richness, Berger-Parker dominance index, Simpson dominance index,
Shannon-Wiener index, Evenness index and Fisher index. Based on the stratigraphic
ranges of the species present, the Badenian age of the deposits was determined.
