Abstract

U ovom radu opisana je izrada i testiranje lambdametra čiji se rad bazira na posebnoj poluvodičkoj fotodiodi sa dvije anode. Provedena su razna mjerenja s ciljem utvrđivanja optimalnih uvjeta rada. Izrađena je kalibracijska krivulja pomoću koje je moguće odrediti valnu duljinu nepoznatog izvora svjetlosti.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the fabrication and testing of a lambdameter whose working principle is based on a special semiconductor photodiode with two anodes. Various measurements were carried out with the aim of determining the optimal operating conditions. Calibration curve was made, making possible to determine the wavelength of the unknown light source.
