Abstract

Grad Zagreb kao glavni grad Republike Hrvatske i kao jaki centar rada ima najveću privlačnu moć u državi te se stoga tu već desetljećima doseljava najviše ljudi. Nakon Drugoga svjetskog rata gradovi postaju odredišta snažne migracije seoskog stanovništva, koja se 60-ih i ranih 70-ih godina pretvorila u ruralni egzodus te je stoga u razdoblju 1961.-1971. zabilježen najveći apsolutni porast stanovništva. Samim time dolazi do porasta vrijednosti prigradskih naselja. Početkom 80-ih u Hrvatskoj završava demografska tranzicija pa stope nataliteta padaju te migracije postaju tim bitnije jer stanovništvo većinom raste samo mehaničkim priljevom. Abstract (english)

City of Zagreb as the capital of Croatia and a strong work center is the most attractive in the country and therefore people move here for decades. After World War II, cities have become destinations of strong migration of rural population, which in the 1960's and early 1970's developed into a rural exodus and therefore in the period 1961.-1971. recorded the largest absolute increase in population. In the early 1960's appear suburbanization phenomenon which in 1970's increased... More decentralization of some municipal services. With that comes an increase in the value of suburban areas. In the beginning of the 1980's ends demographic transition so birth rates start to fall and migration are becoming more important because the majority of the population is growing only by mehanical inflow.
