Abstract

Dolina Kamačnika nalazi se na prostoru Gorske Hrvatske na kontaktu predgorskog niza gorskih hrptova i uvala Velike Kapele i SZ dijela gorsko – brdskog okvira Ogulinsko – Plaščanske zavale. Istraživano područje doline Kamačnika pruža se u smjeru jugozapad – sjeveroistok. Cilj istraživanja je utvrditi geomorfološka obilježja i morfogenezu doline Kamačnika. U izradi ovog diplomskog rada korištene su metode geomorfološke analize i sinteze, metoda terenskog istraživanja te geomorfološkog kartiranja. Na razvoj reljefa doline znatno su geološka građa tektonski pokreti. Glavni rasjedi i strukture imaju dinarski pravac pružanja. Uz tektoniku znatan utjecaj na razvoj reljefa doline imaju i egzogeni procesi od kojih su najznačajniji fluviokrški, padinski i fluvijalni.

Abstract (english)

Valley of Kamačnik is located in the area mountainious part of Croatia, on the contact of the foothill range of mountain ridge and valleys of Velika Kapela and northwestern part of hilly frame of Ogulin – Plaški basin. Researched area stretches in the southwest - northeast orientation. The main task has been to define the geomorphological properties as well as the morphogenesis condition of the valley of Kamačnik. In order to do that geomorphological analysis, synthesis, and mapping accompanied by field research was applied. The development of the relief is significantly influenced by the geological structure and tectonic movements. The main faults and structures stretch in the Dinaric direction. Egzogenic processes also have a significant influence on the relief development; the most significant being fluvio-karst, fluvial, fluviodenudational and slope processes.
