Abstract

Zbog međuovisnosti prirodne osnove i društvene nadgradnje te zbog specifičnosti određenih dijelova prostora/regija nastalim tom korelacijom, u prostoru nastaju dispariteti u razvoju. Osnovom demogeografske analize stanovništva provedenom u ovom istraživanju dokazana su dugotrajna negativna demografska kretanja na području Grada Zlatara s određenim diferencijacijama u smjeru i intenzitetu pojava u pojedinim naseljima. Upravo su se na osnovi demografskog razvoja jasno uočile razlike u razvijenost pojedinih naselja i cjelokupne regije, a kako bi cilj svake administrativno-teritorijalne jedinice trebao bi biti smanjenje regionalnog dispariteta unutar svojih granica, ali i kao prostorne cjeline prema ostalim administrativno-teritorijalnim jedinicama, u radu je prikazan mogući demografski razvojni model zlatarske regije koji bi mogao poslužiti u budućem razvoju lokalne populacijske politike i strategije.

Abstract (english)

Because of the interdependence of natural resources and social superstructure and the specificities of certain parts of the area/region created by this correlation, development disparities appear in the area. Based on demographic analysis of the population conducted in this study, negative long-term demographic trends on the territory of the City of Zlatar were confirmed, with some differentiation in the direction and intensity of the phenomenon in certain areas. The differences in development of various settlements, as well as the whole region, were determined on the basis of demographic development. The goal of every administrative unit should be the reduction of regional disparity within its borders, as well as the reduction of the spatial unit in regards to other administrative units, this thesis shows a potential model of demographic development in Zlatar region that could be used in the future development of local population policies and strategies.
