Abstract

U radu je prikazan razvoj turizma Japana kroz povijest pa sve do 21.stoljeća. U 21.stoljeću koji obuhvaća najveći dio rada obrađene su prostorne strukture turizma kroz dijelove Japana ali i Japana u cijelosti. Svaka regija je zasebno obrađena te su navedeni faktori razvoje turizma za svaku regiju posebno. Japan kao zemlja nudi široki spektar turističke ponude što naravno pogoduje razvoju. U 2015.godini Japan je imao veliki porast turista o odnosu na prethodne godine. U radu se navodi koji su to čimbenici utjecali na takav porast. Obrađeni su i turisti po nacionalnostima kako bi se vidjelo kojim zemljama Japan odgovara kao turističko tržište. Statistički podaci korišteni u radu upućuju na sve veću tendenciju rasta turizma te ostvarivanje sve većih dobiti.

Abstract (english)

This Thesis depicts the historic development of tourism in Japan. The majority of the Thesis is centered on tourism development in the 21st century and focuses on spatial structures in parts of Japan, but also on Japan as a whole. Each region is researched separately. As a country, Japan has a wide variety of tourist attractions, and this plays a vital role in its development. In 2015 there were more tourists than last year. The Thesis states which are the factors that influenced on tourist market. Here are also tourists by nationality in order to see which countries Japan fits the best as a tourist market. Statistical data used in this Thesis shows a tendency of increasing tourism growth, along with the growth of revenue.
