Abstract
Urbanim procesima u gradu Zagrebu dolazi do funkcionalnih promjena. Mnogi prostori u gradu gube svoju namjenu te ostaju neiskorišteni i napušteni. Napušteni objekti su vrijedan prostorni resurs te kroz obnovu i smještanje novih funkcija mogu biti ponovo integrirani u urbani prostor. U radu se analiziraju izrade strategije urbane obnove, teorijski okviri urbane regeneracije u Europi te njihova primjena. Cilj je napraviti pregled urbane obnove u Zagrebu na izabranim primjerima i kroz analizu trenutnog stanja uočiti probleme čije je rješavanje nužno kako bi se potaknuo održivi razvoj kroz urbanu regeneraciju.
Abstract (english)
Urban processes in the city of Zagreb bring with them many functional changes. Many areas in the city are losing their original purpose and they remain unused and abandoned. Brownfield areas are a valuable resource that can be reintegrated in the urban area through renovation. The goal is to make a review of urban regeneration in Zagreb on selected examples. Through the analysis of the current problems will estimate solutions in order to achieve sustainable development through urban regeneration.
