Abstract
Multipla rezistencija bakterije Pseudomonas aeruginosa predstavlja velik problem stoga što sužava izbor djelotvornih antibiotika, a time povećava mogućnost smrtnog ishoda kod zaražene osobe. Zbog navedenog problema provedena su istraživanja s ciljem otkrivanja uzroka rezistencije kod ove vrste bakterije. Ovaj seminar se osvrće na otkrivanje proteina zaslužnih za izbacivanje antimikrobialnih tvari iz stanice i posljedičan razvoj rezistencije. Rad kronološki slijedi razvoj ideja i otkrića pojedinih proteinskih eksportnih sistema zaslužnih za već spomenutu otpornost bakterije.
Abstract (english)
Multiple resistence of bacteria Pseudomonas aerugionsa presents a big issue because it narrows the choise of efficient antibiotics and enhances the possibility of mortality in infected individuals. As a result of this problem several studies were conducted in purpose of discovering the real cause of the resistence. In this paper I have presented the course of discoveries witch include identification of some crucial export proteins. This proteins export various antimicrobial agents. This work follows the development of ideas and discoveries of certain protein export systems responsible for formerly mentioned resistence.
