Abstract

Rad se bavi istraživanjem utjecaja klime i njezinih promjena na razvoj poljoprivrede i turizma na području grada Sinja. Osim pregleda osnovnih klimatskih obilježja i kretanja klimatskih elemenata, te bioklimatske analize, istražuje se i pojava suše kao mogućeg ograničavajućeg faktora u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji. Klimatske prilike Sinja stvaraju uvjete za periodični razvoj suša (u prosjeku svakih 4-5 godina), no prirodno bogatstvo voda u okolici ipak ublažava te učinke kroz navodnjavanje Sinjskog polja. Unatoč vrijednostima bioklimatskih indeksa na granici osjeta neugode, nije ustanovljen značajan utjecaj osjeta ugode na turistička kretanja.

Abstract (english)

The paper deals with the impact of climate and climate change on the development of agriculture and tourism in the town of Sinj and Sinj field area. Climatic features and trends of climate elements, as well as bioclimatic features and the occurrence of drought as a possible limiting factor in agricultural production are analysed. Due to climatic conditions of Sinj possibility for the periodic development of droughts occurs on average every 4-5 years, but the abundance of waters in surrounding area mitigates these effects through irrigation of the Sinj field. Despite the values of bioclimatic indices at the border of discomfort, no significant impact of thermal comfort on tourism trends has been found.
