Abstract

U novije vrijeme ostvaren je značajan napredak u elektrostatskom dopiranju izolatora pomoću ionskih tekućina. Posebno su zanimljivi izolatori STiO_3 i KTaO_3 perovskitne strukure, kod kojih je elektrostatskim dopiranjem ostvarena dobra vodljivost s visokom pokretljivošću elektrona, te supravodljivost na vrlo niskim temperaturama. Abstract (english)

In recent time significant progress has been made in the electrostatic doping of insulators using ionic liquids. The most interesting are isolators STiO_3 and KTaO_3 with perovskite structure that allows them good conductivity with high electron mobility achieved and superconductivity on very low temperatures, all by electrostatic doping.
