Abstract

Razvijena je visokospecifična multirezidualna metoda za određivanje tragova 15 triazinskih, fenil-urea i kloracetanilidnih herbicida te triju razgradnih produkata triazina u prirodnim vodama. Uzorci su obogaćeni primjenom ekstrakcije na čvrstoj fazi te analizirani vezanim sustavom tekućinske kromatografije i tandemne spektrometrije masa. Metoda je sustavno validirana za nekoliko tipova prirodnih voda, uključujući riječnu vodu, morsku vodu i vodu za piće te je pokazala visoku lineranost, istinitost i preciznost, uz niske granice određivanja (<0,2 ng L−1 - 2 ng L−1). Primjena metode pokazala je široku rasprostranjenost pojedinih herbicida u našim vodama, pri čemu su koncentracijske razine jako varirale ovisno o lokaciji i sezoni. U porječju Save prevladavaju metolaklor (do 139 ng L−1) i terbutilazin (do 91 ng L−1), dok je u uzorcima vodovodne vode sa zagrebačkog područja i dalje dominantan zabranjeni herbicid atrazin te njegovi razgradni produkti, s ukupnom koncentracijom od 83 ng L−1.

Abstract (english)

A highly specific multiresidual method for trace determination of 15 triazine, phenylurea and chloroacetanilide herbicides, along with three degradation products of triazines, in natural water was developed. Samples were enriched by solid-phase extraction and analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry. The method was systematically validated for several types of natural waters, including river water, drinking water and seawater, demonstrating high linearity, trueness and precision, as well as low quantification limits (<0.2 ng L−1 - 2 ng L−1). It revealed widespread occurrence of selected herbicides in Croatian waters, with concentrations varying according to the season and location. In the Sava River basin, the most prominent compounds are metolachlor (139 ng L−1) and terbuthylazine (91 ng L−1), while banned herbicide atrazin and its degradation products are still dominant in tap water samples from the Zagreb area, with total mass concentrations up to 83 ng L−1.
