Interaktivne karte su vrsta digitalnih karata koje putem interaktivnog sučelja omogućuju interakciju s korisnikom te na taj način olakšavaju i ubrzavaju proces pronalaska potrebnih informacija. Interaktivne karte našle su svoju primjenu i u turizmu gdje predstavljaju medij za vizualizaciju i prenošenje geoprostornih informacija o određenoj destinaciji te kao takve služe za približavanje turističke ponude neke destinacije turistima. Interactive maps are a type of digital maps that allow the user to interact with the map through interactive interface, and because of that, they make the process of finding the right information quicker and easier. Interactive maps found its use in tourism, where they act as a medium to present and disseminate geospatial information about a certain destination, and so they provide the user with insight into tourist attractions.
