Abstract

U ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema rentnih naknada u neživotnim vrstama osiguranja. U prvom poglavlju prikazane su potrebne formule i definicije za izračune neposredne i posredne doživotne, kao i privremene rente. Dane su formule za godišnje isplate rentnih naknada, kao i onih rentnih naknada koje se isplaćuju m puta godišnje. U idućem poglavlju prikazani su statistički podaci prometnih nesreća. Nakon toga su navedeni slučajevi u kojima postoji pravo na rentnu naknadu u neživotnim osiguranjima i radi li se pritom o doživotnoj ili privremenoj renti. Napravljene su razne verzije kapitaliziranih iznosa rentnih naknada, ovisno o dobi i spolu oštećene osobe, trajanju rentne naknade, mjesečnom iznosu rentne naknade i kamatnoj stopi. U konačnici su uspoređeni dobiveni kapitalizirani iznosi. U posljednjem poglavlju su prikazani statistički podaci s tržišta osiguranja u Hrvatskoj. Promatrano je kretanje pričuva rentnih naknada i bruto pričuva kod osiguranja od odgovornosti za upotrebu motornih vozila za vremensko razdoblje od 2005. do 2019. godine. Radi se o vrsti neživotnih osiguranja koja zauzima uvjerljivo najveći udio u ukupnom iznosu premija i šteta. Nakon toga ista kretanja su prikazana i za ostale vrste neživotnih osiguranja kod kojih postoji mogućnost evidentiranja rentnih naknada. Na kraju ovog poglavlja su prikazana kretanja broja rentnih naknada u isplati kod osiguranja od odgovornosti za upotrebu motornih vozila po osiguravajućim društvima.

Abstract (english)

In this dissertation non-life insurance annuities were analysed. In the first chapter formulas and definitions used for the purpose of calculating immediate or mediate, lifelong or temporary annuities were presented. Also, formulas for annuities with yearly payments or m times per year were presented. In the next chapter statistical data for traffic accidents was presented. After that all cases in which claimants have legal right on non-life annuities were described, depending if it is lifelong or temporary annuity. Various calculations of capitalization of annuities for different age and sex were made, depending if it is lifelong or temporary annuity, for different annuity amount and interest rate. At the end these capitalized amounts were compared. In the last chapter statistical data from Croatian insurance market was presented. For period from 2005 to 2019 the trend of annuity reserve and total reserve for motor liability insurance was observed. This non-life line of business takes the largest share in total premium and claim amount. The movement of annuity reserves and total reserves was presented for other non-life lines of business where annuities arise as well. At the end movement of paid annuities for motor liability insurance sorted by insurance companies was presented.
