| Abstract | lstražili smo utjecaj ritmične tonske stimulacije na promjene tjelesne težine i
promatranih hematoloških parametara miševa soja BALB/c intoksiciranih hematotoksičnim
otrovom lindanom. S obzirom na vrstu tretmana formirane su četiri grupe pokusnih životinja:
kontrola, otrov, zvuk i zvuk+otrov. Miševi u grupama zvuk i zvuk+otrov su tijekom trajanja
pokusa u periodu od 19-7 sati bili izloženi ritmičnoj tonskoj stimulaciji od 152 otkucaja u
minuti uz standardiziranu frekvenciju od 440 Hz. Miševi u grupama otrov i zvuk+otrov
tretirane su subletalnom dozom (LD50) lindana u periodu od 30 dana primajući l/10 doze
svaka 3 dana. Lindan se pokazao kao značajan negativan stresor koji je kod mužjaka utjecao
na statistički značajan gubitak tjelesne težine (p=0,0378*, p<0,05).
Uočene su značajne razlike glede djelovanja ritmične tonske stimulacije s obzirom na
spol. Djelovanje tretmana zvukom na promatrane parametre imunološkog sustava iskazuje se
kod mužjaka kao donekle pozitivan stresor; dok kod ženki ima učinak negativnog, ali
statistički neznačajnog stresora. Kod mužjaka tretman zvukom djeluje kao jaki pozitivan
stresor na tjelesnu težinu uz statističku značajnost (p=0,0404*, p<0,05) u smjeru povećanja
težine. Primjene kombiniranog tretmana zvukom i otrovom kod mužjaka pokazuje statističku
značajnost u dobivanju na težini (p=0,0023**, p<0.01), broju leukocita (p=0.0031**, p<0.01)
i limfocita (p=0,0070**, p<0,01) u odnosu na tretman lindanom. To ukazuje na pozitivan
učinak ritmične tonske stimulacije na imunohematopoezu ubrzavajući oporavak narušenog
imunološkog sustava mužjaka. Proizlazi da su mužjaci BALB/c miševa ukupno senzibilniji od
ženki na djelovanje kako pozitivnih tako i negativnih stresora. |
| Abstract (english) | We have investigated the effect of rhyhmic tonal stimulation on changes of body
weight and observed hematological parameters of BALB/c mice intoxicated with hematotoxic
poison lindan. Based on the type of treatment four groups of animals were formed: Control, Poison, Sound and Sound+poison. Mice in groups Sound and Sound+poison during the experimental period from 7p.m. - 7a.m. were exposed to rhythmic tonal stimulation of 152
beats per minute with standardized frequency of 440 Hz. Mice in groups Poison and Sound+Poison have been treated with subletal dose (LD50) of lindan during the period of 30
days receiving 1/10 of dose every 3 days. Lindan was proven to be significantly negative stressor, as in the males it has influenced the statistically significant body weight loss (p=0.0378*, p<0,05).
Significant differences between sexes regarding the intluence of the rhythmic tonal
stimulation have been observed. Impact of the Sound treatment on the observed parameters
pertaining to immune system expresses in males as somewhat positive stressor, while in
females it has the effect of negative stressor, although statistically insignificant. In males Sound treatment acts as a strong positive stressor on increase of the body weight with
statistical significance (p=0,0404*, p<0,05). Combined treatment Sound+Poison in males
shows the statistical significanse of the increase in body weight (p=0,0023**, p<0,01),
number of leukocytes (p=0,0031**, p<0,01) and lymphocytes (p=0,0070**, p<0,01)
comparing to the treatment with lindan only. That indicates the positive effects of rhytmic
tonal stimulation on immuno-hematopoesis in speeding up the process of recovery of the
disrupted immune system in males. Generally, it may be concluded that males of the BAIB/c
mice are more sensitive then females on influence of both positive and negative stressors. |
