Abstract

Promet je važan čimbenik povezanosti nekog prostora te funkcioniranja svakodnevnog života i mobilnosti stanovništva koje na njemu živi. Razvijenost prometa utječe na dostupnost sadržaja nekog prostora i ostvarenje mogućnosti koje ono pruža. To se često odražava na svakodnevni život i stoga slabija razvijenost prometa može biti uzrok negativnih demografskih trendova koje posljednjih godina bilježi Grad Trilj. Cilj je ovog rada istražiti utjecaj prometa na demografske procese Grada Trilja. Kako bi se ostvario cilj rada, u njemu su detaljnije istražena prometno-geografska obilježja Grada, kao i stavovi tamošnjeg stanovništva o utjecaju prometa na njihov svakodnevni život, a sve u međusobnoj povezanosti s utjecajem prometa na demografska obilježja istraživanog prostora. Pritom je biti prisutan aspekt prostorne diferencijacije ispitanika koji žive u gradskom središtu i izvan njega. Na kraju rada izneseni su eventualni prijedlozi poboljšanja prometnih obilježja koji bi pozitivno utjecali na demografska obilježja Grada Trilja. Metodologija ovog rada sastoji se od analize stručne i znanstvene literature, analize statističkih podataka, kvalitativne metode intervjuiranja te kartografske vizualizacije koja je prikazana uporabom GIS-a

Abstract (english)

Transportation is an important factor in the connectivity of a space and the functioning of everyday life and mobility of the population living in it. The development of transportation affects the availability of the services of a space and the realization of the opportunities it provides. This is often reflected in everyday life and therefore the poorer development of transportation can be the cause of the negative demographic trends that the City of Trilj has recorded in recent years. The aim of this paper was to investigate the impact of transportation on the demographic processes of the City of Trilj. In order to achieve the goal, it explored in more detail the transport-geographical characteristics of the City, as well as the attitudes of the local population about the impact of transportation on their daily lives, all in relation to the impact of transportation on the demographic characteristics of the study area. There was an aspect of spatial differentiation of respondents living in the city center and peripheral area. At the end of the paper, possible proposals for the improvement of transportation characteristics that would have a positive impact on the demographic characteristics of the City of Trilj were presented. The methodology of this paper is consisted of analysis of professional and scientific literature, analysis of statistical data, qualitative interviewing methods and cartographic visualization presented using GIS.
