Abstract

Nautički turizam predstavlja kretanje turista u plovilima po moru uključujući njihovo pristajanje u marinama i obuhvaća svu infrastrukturu potrebnu za njihov prihvat. Cilj istraživanja je analizirati procjene glavnih utjecaja i doći do zaključaka glede mogućih propusta kako u kurentnih procjena utjecaja na okoliš tako i u predloženom programu praćenja utjecaja. Pregledom i analizom stručne literature identificiran je najveći mogući skup utjecaja marina na okoliš. Za predviđene glavne utjecaje usporedbom je utvrđeno postoji li među njima značajna razlika ili u većini slučajeva predviđaju isto. Predloženi programi praćenja stanja okoliša analizirani su i uspoređeni. Identificirani su njihovi sporadični i sustavni propusti te je iznijeta kritička analiza i dan je potpuniji prijedlog praćenja. Usporedbom šest studija utvrđeno je da postoji visoka podudarnost u svim važnim područjima relevantnim za zaštitu okoliša, predviđanju glavnih utjecaja kao i programu praćenja stanja okoliša. Rezultati su pokazali da su utjecaji prilikom izgradnje marine kratkotrajni, privremeni te da nemaju značajniji utjecaj na okoliš, a oni tijekom korištenja mogu biti dugotrajni te je posebno moguć negativan utjecaj na živi svijet i okoliš.

Abstract (english)

Nautical tourism represents movement of tourists in floating vessels on the sea, their docking in marinas and the overall infrastructure neccesary for their reception. The aim of this research is to analyze the main influences of the marinas and come to conclusions about possible damage on the environment and also oversights in the proposed monitoring programs of marinas. A review and analysis of referential studies identified the largest possible set of impacts on marine environment. Along with the expected main impacts identified, the question of whether there was a significant difference in outcomes or whether most of the cases predict the same outcome was raised. The proposed monitoring programs were analyzed and compared. Their sporadic and systematic omissions were recognized and a critical analysis was given following a more complete monitoring program. Comparison of the six studies showed that there is a great coincidence in all important areas of environment safeguard, in the anticipation of the main influences just as it is implied in the proposed monitoring programs. Results have shown that the effects during building the marina are short termed and that they do not have any significant effect on the environment. However the results of using the marina can be long termed and there is a possibility of a very negative effect both on all life and the environment.
