Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je predstaviti novu strategiju prosječne ciljane inflacije ukomponiranu u temeljni model monetarne politike. Središnje banke su počele s preispitivanjem dosadašnjeg modela monetarne politike koji je za cilj imao dostizanje godišnje ciljane stope inflacije. Preispitivanjem su došli do odluke o promjeni načina na koji postižu svoj cilj. Nakon postavljanja modela, u drugom poglavlju, uveo sam motivaciju koja stoji iza potrebe za promjenom i opisao sam metodu prosječne ciljane inflacije kao i par njenih izvedbi. Konačno, temeljem opisanog modela i ukomponirane nove strategije iznesao sam rezultate usporedbe politike ciljane prosječne inflacije u odnosu na dosadašnji model s ciljanom inflacijom. Less

Abstract (english)

The goal of this thesis was to present a new strategy of average inflation targeting integrated into the basic model of monetary policy. Central banks have begun to review the current model of monetary policy, which aimed to reach the annual target rate of inflation. By questioning, they came to the decision to change the way of achieving their goal. In the first chapter of this thesis, I described the New Keynesian model in the case of the lower bound of the interest rate, which I use as... More a basic model for the analysis. After setting up the model, in the second chapter, I introduced the motivation behind the need for change and described the average inflation targeting method as well as a couple of its implementations. Finally, based on the described model and the new integrated strategy, I presented the results of the comparison of the average inflation targeting in relation to the current model with inflation targeting policy.
