Abstract

Analizom Fermijevih površina više vrsta kuprata modelom četiri vrpce pokazano je da je takav model prikladan za ugađanje Fermijevih površina. Promjene oblika Fermijeve površine u ovisnosti o dopiranju i materijalu modelirane su promjenama para metara energije atomskih orbitala, dok su preklopi bili konstantni. Primijećeno je da je ugađanje najosjetljivije na energiju bakrove 4s orbitale. Ona se mijenja kontinuirano u funkciji dopiranja kod jednoravninskog, a diskontinuirano kod dvoravninskog bizmutovog kuprata. Moguće je da ta razlika potječe od različitog efekta kulonskih polja dopanada na kristalno polje u ravninama.

Abstract (english)

By analysis of Fermi surfaces of several cuprates with the four band model it is shown that it is adequate for Fermi surface curve fitting. The changes in Fermi surface shape were modeled by changes in the site energy parameters, while the overlaps were kept constant. The fits were most sensitive to the energy of the copper 4s orbital. It changes continuously as function of doping in one-layer and discontinuously in twolayer bismuth cuprate. It is possible that that difference is due to different effects of dopant Coulomb fields on the crystal field in the plane.
