Abstract

Promatrana su magnetska svojstva YMnO3 dopiranog titanom u koncentracijama x = 0, 0.04, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20. Utvrđeno je postojanje prijelaza u uređeno magnetsko stanje kod svih dopiranja uz djelomičnu supresiju dugodosežnog antiferomagnetskog uređenja, što je vidljivo kroz pad Néelove temperature i Weissovog parametra. U niskotemperaturnom području postoji slaba feromagnetska komponenta. Mjerenja histereze pri dopiranju nisu pokazala značajne promjene u dinamici domenskih zidova povezanoj s mikrostrukturom.

Abstract (english)

Magnetic properties of YMnO3 doped with titanium in concentrations x = 0, 0.04, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20 were investigated. Presence of magnetic phase transition to ordered state regardless of level of doping was observed. Partial suppression of long range antiferromagnetic order is noticeable through decrease of the transition temperature and Weiss parameter. At low temperatures the weak ferromagnetic component appears. Magnetic hysteresis has shown no significant change in domain wall dynamics connected with microstructure.
