Abstract

Rijeka Rječina jedna je od najznačajnijih vodotoka primorske Hrvatske. Ima velik gospodarski značaj, kako u vodoopskrbi stanovništva, tako i u proizvodnji električne energije. To je krška rijeka sezonskog karaktera, koja dijelom svog toka prolazi kroz urbana i industrijska područja te je stoga podložna zagađenju. Cilj rada jest utvrditi područja doline Rječine koja su izložena većem antropogenom pritisku te izračunati određene pokazatelje krajobraznog sastava i konfiguracije, kako bi se dobio bolji i potpuniji uvid u promatrani prostor. Za to su korištene metoda relativnog vrednovanja reljefa, land take te metrika krajobraza. Rezultati su pokazali značajne razlike razine antropogenog pritiska duž područja, posebice razlike između sjevernih i južnih dijelova istraživanog prostora. Također, uočene su klase zemljišnog pokrova koje su u većoj mjeri zastupljene na području te imaju i veću ulogu u funkcioniranju cjelokupnog krajobraza.

Abstract (english)

The Rječina River is one of the most important watercourses in coastal Croatia. It has great economic importance, both in the water supply of the population and in the production of electricity. It is a karst river with a seasonal character, which part of its course passes through urban and industrial areas and is therefore subject to pollution. The goal of the work is to determine the areas of the Rječina valley that are exposed to greater anthropogenic pressure and to calculate certain indicators of the landscape composition and configuration, in order to obtain a better and more complete insight into the observed area. For this, the method of relative relief evaluation, land take and landscape metrics were used. The results showed significant differences in the level of anthropogenic pressure along the area, especially the differences between the northern and southern parts of the research area. Also, land cover classes were observed that are more widely represented in the area and have a greater role in the functioning of the entire landscape.
