Abstract

Područje Sisačke gornje Posavine ima povoljne razvojne potencijale kao što su blizina Siska i Zagreba, očuvana prirodna i kulturna baština, ekološka stabilnost…Svi potencijali su u prošlosti vrlo malo iskorišteni što je potrebno u budućnosti promijeniti. Uz razvojne potencijale ovo područje ima također i velike probleme poput depopulacije, prometne izoliranosti, neizgrađene komunalne infrastrukture i dr. Demografskom i prostornom analizom utvrdili smo kojim smjerom ovo područje u budućnosti mora krenuti te koji su njegovi oslonci razvoja. Ruralni turizam, malo i srednje poduzetništvo, organska i ekološka poljoprivreda su temelj budućeg razvoja ovog područja koje ima svoju tradiciju, specifičnu kulturnu baštinu i kulturni identitet.

Abstract (english)

The area of Gornja Posavina near Sisak has advantageous potentials of development such as position near cities Sisak and Zagreb, conserved nature and cultural heritage, ecological balance…All potentials were slightly used in the past and
now is the time that should be changed. Despite of development potentials this area has huge problems such as depopulation, traffic segregation, unfledged municipal services… Demographic and spatial analyzes has shown which way is the best for this area to go in the future and which are the best development potentials. Some of them are tourism at peasant farms, business undertakings, organic and ecological agriculture. All of that has to be base for a future development of this area which has his tradition, specific cultural heritage and identity.
