Abstract

U svojem diplomskom radu na osnovi analize stanja prostora i pregleda razvojnih i prostornih dokumenata dat ću smjernice budućeg razvoja općine Ljutomer, koje će poboljšati životni položaj stanovništva, omogućiti diversifikaciju djelatnosti te pridonijeti održivom razvoju obrađivanog područja. Područje općine demografski stagnira i zaostaje u razvoju. Ne raspolaže velikim razvojnim potencijalima, ali seoski turizam, unatoč tomu, uspješno se razvija. Odmor na seoskom gospodarstvu pruža neposredan kontakt s prirodom i ljudima, njihovom kulturom i običajima. Jedna od najvažnijih gospodarskih djelatnosti na tom području od davnine je uzgoj vinove loze te proizvodnja i prodaja kvalitetnih vina iz okolice Ljutomera. Proizvodnja i prodaja vina pridonijele su razvoju kraja i u nekoj mjeri oblikovale karakter lokalnoga stanovništva.

Abstract (english)

On the basis of analysis of the situation in the region and of the review of the development and planning documents I will discuss the issue of the guidelines of future development of Ljutomer. These issues can in future improve the living situation of the population, allow diversification and contribute to the sustainable development of the area. Municipal area is depopulated and his development is weak but has a large development potential in tourism. Tourism in the countryside has been developing successfully. Vacation on tourist farms offers a direct connection with nature, the people, their culture and habits. In Ljutomer one of the most important economic branches was wine growing, its production and selling already in the past. They contributed to a development of the town and shaping the characters of the people living in this area.
