Abstract

U ovom radu se analizira način korištenja zemljišta u velkogoričkom dijelu zagrebačkog ruralno urbanog prstena. Analiza je izvršena pomoću GIS metoda, pomoću kojih je istražen način, obilježja i rasprostranjenost odnosno širenje određenih načina korištenja zemljišta iz čega su se mogle potvrditi hipoteze kako je širenje ruralno urbanog prstena potaknuto decentralizacijom zagrebačke aglomeracije, te da su intenzivnije promjene načina korištenja zemljišta prisutne uz satelitske gradove i prometne osovine iz čega se mogu izvesti opće zakonitosti o širenju ruralno urbanog prstena u prostoru.

Abstract (english)

This paper analyzes the land use of Zagreb’s rural urban fringe around the town of Velika Gorica. Analysis was performed using GIS methods by which the characteristics, distribution and dissemination of certain land uses was investigated. The results of the analysis confirmed the hypothesis that the expansion of the rural urban fringe is stimulated by the decentralization of the Zagreb agglomeration, and that more intensive land-use changes are present with satellite cities and transport axis, from which we can conclude general principles of expanding rural urban fring in space.
