Abstract

Politika proširenja Europske unije prema državama jugoistočne Europe nastavak je politike Europske unije ka ujedinjenju cijele Europe u nadnacionalnu državu. Države jugoistočne Europe do sada imaju najkompleksniji put ulaska u EU, a to se očituje kroz mnogo instrumenata uvjetovanosti i ostalih regulacija. Posljedica je to strože politike EU, ali i (ne)zasluge regije i pojedinačnih država. Europska unija uz univerzalne, koristi i individualne regulative koje svaka država kandidat ili potencijalni kandidat mora ispuniti. Interpretacijom službenih dokumenata i ugovora autor pokušava pojasniti sadašnji i povijesni kontekst, ali se osvrće i na mogućnosti proširenja u budućnosti.

Abstract (english)

The EU enlargement policy in the southeastern European countries is continuation of policy of enlargement for all Europe. Aim is association all European countries in one big supranational union. The southeastern countries till now has hardest path to European union and this is reflection of many regulation acts and instruments of requirements. This is consequence of more rigid policy of EU and (non)credit of individual countries and region. In addition, European union uses universal individual acts and regulations which every candidate or potential candidate must accomplish. Interpretation of formal documents and agreements, author want to band current and history context as well as future prediction of enlargement.
