Abstract

Rad analizira razvoj prostorne strukture gradske četvrti Črnomerec, s posebnim naglaskom na tranzicijsko razdoblje. Črnomerec je bio poznat kao područje intenzivnog razvoja industrije, dok procesom tranzicije dolazi do smanjenja važnosti industrije, a porasta važnosti trgovine i uslužnih djelatnosti Analizirani su procesi funkcionalno-prostorne i socio-prostorne promjene koji su posljedica procesa tranzicije. Urbanom obnovom industrijske površine prenamjenjuju se u zone poslovne i industrijsko-poslovne namjene, dok ostatak slobodnih površina zauzimaju stambena naselja. Cilj je uočiti procese koji su imali ključnu ulogu na razvoj današnje prostorne strukture, te utvrditi prostorne razlike unutar same gradske četvrti, te posljedica čega su te razlike.

Abstract (english)

Thesis analyzes the transformation of the spatial structure of Črnomerc with particular emphasis on the period of transition. Črnomerec was known as a space with intensive development of industry, but with emerging process of transformation industry is becoming less important, while merchandising and services are becoming more important. Industrial land is being transformed to business and residential areas, while free land is becoming residential area. Processes of functional-spatial and socio-spatial transformation have been analyzed. The goal was to note processes that had the most influence on today’s spatial structure, and to determine differences inside the district, and what is causing this differences.
