Abstract

Makroregionalno središte Istočne Hrvatske, Osijek, svojim položajem, prometnom dostupnošću i svojom funkcijom rada utječe na razvoj i transformaciju okolnih naselja. U radu je razmatrana deagrarizacija i urbanizacija okolice Osijeka, tj. utjecaj matičnog grada na transformaciju prigradskih naselja. Rad je baziran na promjene koje su se dogodile u posljednja dva međupopisna razdoblja, uz osvrtanje i na razdoblje nakon Drugoga svjetskog rata do Domovinskog rata. Svrha rada bila je analizirati... More prigradska naselja Grada Osijeka koja su se pod utjecajem Osijeka tijekom posljednjih nekoliko desetljeća mijenjala. Prikazan je socijalni mobilitet stanovništva koji je usko povezan s prostornom pokretljivošću i dnevnim migracijama. Cilj istraživanja bio je prikazati dinamiku razvoja prigradskih naselja, njihovu socio-ekonomsku, funkcionalnu i morfološku strukturu, odnosno transformaciju. Temeljem provedenih prostornih, socijalnih i ekonomskih analiza, pozitivne promjene u smislu smanjivanja razlika između grada i ruralnih područja nisu uočene u svim naseljima. Svi prikupljeni podaci su obrađeni i prikazani statističkim tablicama i grafičkim prikazima, a glavni analitički alat u ovom radu je GIS, kojim su se vizualizirali rezultati istraživanja. Less

Abstract (english)

Macro-regional center of Eastern Croatia, Osijek, with its location, transport accessibility and with its work function influences on the development and transformation of the surrounding settlements. This thesis considers the deagrarization and urbanization of the surrounding settlements of the City of Osijek. This thesis is based on the changes that have occurred in the last two intercensal periods, and it also looking back to the period after World War II to the Croatian war of... More Independence. The purpose of this study was to analyze the suburbs of the City of Osijek, which are under the influence of Osijek during the past few decades has changed. This paper has shown that the social mobility of the population is closely associated with spatial mobility and commuting. The objective of the research was to show dynamics of the suburbs, their socio-economic, functional and morphological structure and transformation. According to the results of research, positive changes in terms of reducing the differences between city and rural areas weren't observed in all settlements. All collected data are analyzed and presented in statistical tables and graphs. Main analytical tool for visualization in this thesis is GIS. Less
