Abstract

Manifestacijski turizam jedan je od najatraktivnijih selektivnih oblika turizma i svake godine raste broj ljudi koji sudjeluju u različitim događanjima. Omogućuje turistima bogat izbor kulturnih zbivanja, zabavu i obilaske, u arhitektonski vrijednim i zanimljivim urbanim cjelinama. Manifestacije sve više doprinose, ne samo ekonomskom, već i društvenom i kulturnom blagostanju. No, tu su i drugi brojni učinci na prostor u kojem se manifestacije odvijaju. U Gradu Zagrebu manifestacijski turizam utječe na razvoj turizma i preobrazbu prostora, no o njegovoj pojavi i povijesnom razvoju, utjecaju na preobrazbu prostora i lokalnu zajednicu te perspektivi daljnjeg razvoja, postoji vrlo malo podataka. U ovom radu cilj je bio utvrditi stanje razvoja manifestacijskog turizma u Gradu Zagrebu i učinke istog na prostor. Kao glavni primjer poslužio je INmusic festival, koji se od 2006. godine svako ljeto održava na zagrebačkom jezeru Jarun.

Abstract (english)

Event tourism becomes one of the most attractive alternative forms of tourism, and every year the number of people who are participating in the various events is growing. It gives tourists a rich selection of cultural events, entertainment and itineration of interesting urban areas. Events increasingly contribute, not only to economic, but also to social and cultural well-being. However, there are other numerous effects on the area in which lots of events take place. In the City of Zagreb, Event tourism certainly exists and affects on the development of tourism and transformation of the Zagreb’s space. In this thesis, the main purpose was to determinate the development of Event tourism in the City of Zagreb and its effects in Zagreb’s area. INmusic festival which, since 2006, takes place every summer at Zagreb's lake Jarun, was used as the main example.
