Abstract

Voda koja teče nekim prostorom oblikuje njegov reljef. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je objasniti kako su površinski tokovi oblikovali reljef u flišnom području središnje Istre. Metodama analize digitalnog modela reljefa i postojećih kartografskih prikaza istraživanog prostora, analizirane su opće i specifične morfometrijske značajke reljefa. Uspoređene su međusobno i s podacima o geološkoj podlozi. Kroz istraživanje određene su duljina, gustoća i obilježja drenažne mreže u tri bazena: Mirne, Pazinčice i Raše (Boljunčice).

Abstract (english)

Water that flows in the particular area shapes its relief. The aim of this thesis was to interpret how the water streams have shaped relief in the flysch area in central Istria. By analysing the digital relief model and existing cartographic data of researched area, general and specific morphometric characteristics were compiled. These data were compared mutually and also with data regarding geological structure. Length, density and basic characteristics of drainage network were determineted through this research in three basins: Mirna, Pazinčica and Raša (Boljunčica).
