Abstract

U ekstraktima cvjetova i listova vrste Centaurea rupestris L. već je ranije dokazano prisustvo flavonoida. Ekstrakti cvjetova i listova kao i flavonoid kvercetagetin 3'-metileter-7-O-β-D-glukopiranozid izoliran iz cvjetova vrste C. rupestris već su pokazali protuvirusni učinak na virus grmolike kržljavosti rajčice,Tomato bushy stunt virus, (TBSV). Abstract (english)

In extracts of Centaurea rupestris L. flowers and leaves, the presence of flavonoids has already been proven. Those extracts, along with the flavonoid kvercetagetin 3'-methyl-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosid, which was isolated from flowers of C. rupestris, have demonstrated the antiviral activity against Tomato bushy stunt virus (TBSV).
