Abstract

Prekomjerno iskorišteni riblji fondovi te mjere upravljanja za oporavak ribljih populacija predstavljaju danas veliko područje interesa za brojne stručnjake. U ovom radu predstavljeno je istraživanje komercijalnog ribljeg fonda kroz ulov mrežama stajaćicama s glavnim osvrtom na ribe, glavonošce i rakove, te trend rasta ili pada ulova od 2011. do 2017 godine uz obalu Istarskog poluotoka. Na cijelom području rada od komercijalnih vrsta zabilježeno je 20 vrsta riba, 3 vrste glavonožaca i 3 vrste rakova. Najzastupljenija i komercijalno najvažnija vrsta ulova na području zapadne Istre je list (Solea solea), čiji ulovi ovisno o godinama čine u prosjeku 30 - 50% od ukupnog ulova godišnje. Sezona u kojoj se komercijalne vrste najviše love, na području Istre (sjeverni Jadran) je uglavnom jesen i zima (od listopada do ožujka). Ribolovom mrežama poponicama sakuplja se velik broj nejestivog i neiskoristivog dijela lovine u kojem se nerijetko nađu spužve, mahovnjaci, koralji i kalcificirane alge, pa i strogo zaštićene vrste poput morske cvjetnice Posidonia oceanica. Dokazan je trend smanjenja ukupne količine ulova u periodu od 2011. do 2017. godine, a uzrok tome su neadekvatne mjere kontrole ribolova u istočnom dijelu Jadrana.

Abstract (english)

Fishing, overfishing, over-exploited fish stocks and management measures for the recovery of fish populations are still large areas of interest to many experts. In this study, it was attempted to show the state of commercial fish stock caught by gillnets, and point to an upward or downward catches trend from 2011. to 2017. along the coast of the Istrian Peninsula. The main observed commercial species groups are fish (noted 20 species), cephalopods (3 species) and crabs (3 species). The most common and valuable catch species is the sole (Solea solea), whose catch is 30-50% of the total annual catch. The periods of the largest fishing are autumn and winter, from October to March. Gillnets fishing causes the destruction of many commercially unusable organisms (sponges, bryozoans, corals, algae, and the strictly protected Posidonia oceanica). There is a proven downward trend in the total catch in the period from 2011. to 2017. along the coast of the Istrian Peninsula.
