Abstract

Algebarski pristupi kvantnoj teoriji polja fizikalnim opservablama nastoje dodijeliti matematičku strukturu, stoga ih možemo smatrati formalizacijom Heisenbergove slike kvantne mehanike. U ovom se radu bavimo njihovom faktorizacijskom strukturom koja omogućuje množenje opservabli definiranih na disjunktnim skupovima. Na motivirajućem primjeru konačno dimenzionalne teorije uz faktorizacijsku strukturu prirodno dobivamo i BV formalizam. Klasičnoj teoriji pristupamo pomoću teorije deformacije, dok kvantni BV formalizam promatramo kao rezultat deformacijske kvantizacije klasične teorije.

Abstract (english)

Algebraic approaches to quantum field theory aim to assign mathematical structure to physical observables, akin to a formalization of the Heisenberg picture of quantum mechanics. In this work we consider their factorization structure which enables one to multiply observables defined on disjoint subsets. On the motivating example of a finite dimensional theory we also naturally recover the BV formalism. We interpret classical theory through the lens of deformation theory where we reiterate these points, whereas the quantum BV formalism is viewed as the result of a deformation quantization of the classical theory.
