Abstract

U ovom radu promatrana je statika i dinamika mreže lanaca opskrbe u koju je integrirano odlučivanje o okolišu u obliku društveno odgovornih aktivnosti. Model se sastoji od tri razine donositelja odluka, i to redom: proizvođača, maloprodajnih trgovaca i tržišta potražnje na kojima se nalaze potrošači. Za svaku razinu, odnosno donositelja odluka, promatran je višekriterijski problem koji uključuje probleme maksimizacije dobiti, minimizacije emisije (otpada) i minimizacije rizika kojima su pridružene odgovarajuće težine. Odnosi među dionicima mreže lanaca opskrbe prilikom transakcija su B2B (tvrtka-tvrtka) i B2C (tvrtka-korisnik). Razine društveno odgovornih aktivnosti utjecale su na rizik, emisiju i transakcijske troškove (smanjujući ih), ali su i same generirale troškove. Prvo je modelirana mreža u ravnoteži. Transakcije proizvoda i društveno odgovornih aktivnosti među razinama mreže (donositeljima odluka) se podudaraju. Formulirane su varijacijske nejednakosti za uvjete optimalnosti pojedinih donositelja odluka, ali i općenito cijele mreže. Zatim je predložena (neravnotežna) dinamika u obliku procesa prilagodbe u neprekidnom vremenu. Konstruiran je projicirani dinamički sustav za pripadni model. Dokazano je da se skup stacionarnih točaka projiciranog dinamičkog sustava podudara sa skupom rješenja problema varijacijske nejednadžbe. Navedeni su uvjeti uz koje su vremenske putanje tokova proizvoda, društveno odgovornih aktivnosti i cijena dobro definirane. Na kraju je predložen diskretan Eulerov algoritam kao u [7] i navedeni su primjeri u kojima je proveden algoritam te ilustriran model. Teorijski rezultati navedeni za statiku (ravnotežu) i dinamiku (neravnotežu) korišteni su prilikom izračuna numeričkih primjera. Numerički primjeri prikazali su samo mali dio mogućnosti koje se mogu modelirati, ali sugeriraju na važnost uključivanja društvene odgovornosti u mrežu lanaca opskrbe.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis statics and dynamics of supply chain network with integrated environmental decision-making in the form of social responsibility activities is observed. The model consists of three tiers of decision-makers, respectively: manufacturers, retailers and consumers associated with the demand markets. For each tier, or decision maker, it is observed the multicriteria problem which includes problems of profit maximization, emissions (waste) minimization and risks minimization which are associated with the corresponding weights. Types of transactions between stakeholders in supply chain network are B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer). The levels of social responsibility activities affected the risk, emission and transaction costs (reducing them), but also generated costs. Firstly, the network in equilibrium is modeled. Product transactions and levels of social responsibility activities between tiers in the network (decision makers) coincide. Then, the variational inequality formulation for the governing equilibrium conditions of certain decision makers, and the whole network in general was established. Then, (disequilibrium) dynamics associated with the continuous-time adjustment process was suggested. Projected dynamical system corresponding to the model was constructed. It is proved that the set of stationary points of the projected dynamical system coincides with the set of solutions of the variational inequality problem. There are also provided conditions under which the dynamic trajectories of the product flows, levels of social responsibility activities and prices are well-defined. Theoretical results given for the static (equilibrium) and dynamic (disequilibrium) were used to calculate numerical examples. Numerical examples show only a small number of options that can be modeled, but suggest the importance of including social responsibility in the supply chain network.
