Abstract

U ovom radu dan je pregled životnog osiguranja kod kojeg ugovaratelj osiguranja snosi rizik ulaganja. Takav oblik osiguranja je sve češće u ponudi društava za osiguranje obzirom da prenosi rizik investiranja, odustanaka i rizik troškova, a kao dodatnu prednost zahtijeva izdvajanje nižih kapitalnih zahtjeva. Rad sadrži karakteristike i razvoj životnog osiguranja kod kojih ugovaratelj osiguranja snosi rizik ulaganja te opisuje ključne principe funkcioniranja. Osim teoretskih elemenata proizvoda daje i praktične primjere tehničkih osnova te strukture polica. Ističe važnost testa profita kao aktuarskog ciklusa koji funkcionira u interakciji svih osigurateljnih procesa te koji je neizbježan za definiranje profitabilne strukture proizvoda. Ovaj rad opisuje vrstu osiguranja koja je jako važna, ali još uvijek malo zastupljena na hrvatskom tržištu, stoga postoji značajan prostor za razvoj.

Abstract (english)

This paper gives an overview of unit linked life insurance. Such a form of insurance is increasingly present in the insurance companies' offer as it transfers the investment risk, lapse and cost to the client, and as a further advantage requires the allocation of lower capital requirements. The paper contains main characteristics and development of unit linked life insurance and describes the structure of unit-linked policies. Apart from the theoretical elements of the product, it also provides practical examples of technical bases and policy structure. It emphasizes the importance of a profit test as an actuarial cycle that functions in the interaction of all insurance processes and is inevitable in defining a profitable product structure. This paper describes the type of insurance that is very important, but still little represented on the Croatian market, therefore there is a significant space for development.
