Abstract

Ovaj rad bavi se rentnim štetama u neživotnim osiguranjima. Rentne štete nalazimo u neživotnim osiguranjima u kojima se osigurava odgovornost ugovaratelja osiguranja za nastanak štete trećim osobama. U ovom radu daje se osvrt na naknade koje se isplaćuju u obliku rente, utvrđivanje visine rente s posebnim naglaskom na način izračuna jednokratne isplate kapitaliziranog iznosa umjesto mjesečnog plaćanja rentnog iznosa. Stoga, cijelo jedno poglavlje bavi se dijelom financijske matematike koja se koristi za izračun sadašnjih vrijednosti budućih isplata renti, odnosno kapitalizacijom renti. Također, proučava se koji parametri utječu na kapitalizirani iznos rente, odnosno, kako se mijenja kapitalizirani iznos rente u ovisnosti o promjeni tablica smrtnosti i diskontne kamatne stope. Sve navedeno popraćeno je praktičnim primjerima i sudskom praksom. U zadnjem poglavlju ovog rada govori se o pričuvi rentnih šteta, utvrđivanju iste te regulativom. Cilj ovog rada je pokazati primjenu aktuarskih izračuna u rješavanju odštetnih zahtjeva rentnih šteta, odnosno, primjenu financijske i aktuarske matematike u osigurateljnoj industriji.

Abstract (english)

This paper comprises annuity claims arising from non-life insurance contracts. Annuity claims are found in non-life insurance in ensuring accountability of the policyholder for the damage to third parties. This paper discusses the benefits paid in the form of rent, determining the amount of rent with special emphasis on the method of calculating the capitalized amount instead of the monthly payment annuity amount. Therefore, an entire chapter deals with the part of financial mathematics to be used for the purpose of calculating the present value of future payments of rents, i.e. capitalization of rents. Moreover, studying the parameters that influence the amount of capitalized rent, i.e. how it changes the amount of capitalized rent, depending on the change of mortality tables and a discount rate. All this is accompanied by practical examples and case law. In the last chapter valuation of annuity claims provisions is presented. Moreover impact of legislation is emphasized. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the application of actuarial calculations in resolving the annuity claims, i.e. the application of financial and actuarial mathematics in insurance industry.
