Abstract

BPMN (Business Process Model Notation) je grafička notacija koja služi za modeliranje i opis poslovnih procesa. Pruža standardizirani grafički jezik te olakšava komunikaciju i poboljšava razumijevanje poslovnih procesa. Strukturu BPMN-a smo podijelili u 5 kategorija: objekte toka (zadaci/aktivnosti, događaji grananje/spajanje), objekte spajanja (tok aktivnosti, tok poruke, veze), artefakte, podatke te sudionike. Određeni zadaci moraju se izvršiti tijekom procesa (aktivnosti), pod nekim uvjetima... More (grananje/spajanje) te stvarima koje se mogu dogoditi (događaji). Svakom procesu je dodijeljen jedan bazen koji pripada kategoriji sudionika. Bazen kontrolira proces, odnosno sadrži trake koje predstavljaju tko je izvršitelj kojeg zadatka. Objekte toka unutar jednog bazena međusobno povezujemo sa strelicama pod nazivom tok aktivnosti. Izvan granica bazena koristi se tok poruke. Artefakti i podaci služe kao dodatne informacije o procesu te ne mijenjaju funkcionalnost modela. Less

Abstract (english)

BPMN (Business Process Model Notation) is a graphical notation used for modeling and describing business processes. BPMN provides standardized graphical language, eases communication and improves understanding of business processes. BPMN structure is divided into 5 categories: flow objects (activities/tasks, events, gateways), connecting objects (message flow, sequence flow), artifacts, data and participants. Certain tasks have to be carried out during a process (activities), under certain... More conditions (gateways), and things may happen (events). Each process has one pool which belongs to a participant category. The pool controls the process: it contains lanes which represent who is the executor of which task. Flow objects within a pool are connected with an arrow we call sequence flow. Message flow is used to connect elements from different pools. Data and artifacts are used as additional information about the process and they do not change the functionality of the modes. Less
