Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu sintetizirana je sol 2-(N,N-dimetilaminometil)cikloheksanona Mannichovom reakcijom. Klasičnom reakcijom kondenzacije s hiroksilamonijevim kloridom u otopini pripravljeni su oksimi 2-(N,N-dimetilaminometil)cikloheksanona, 4dimetilaminobenzaldehida te 4-dimetilaminocinamaldehida. Pored klasične sinteze, navedena tri oksima pripravljena su i mehanokemijskom sintezom bez prisutnosti otapala te uz katalitičku količinu otapala (etanol, aceton). Tijek mehanokemijskih reakcija praćen je FTIR spektroskopijom. Izvedena je i reakcija protoniranja oksima 4-dimetilaminobenzaldehida te metiliranja 4-(trimetilamonijevog)cinamaldehida. Svim pripravljenim spojevima struktura je dokazana standardnim analitičkim spektroskopskim metodama (FTIR, 1H i 13C NMR).

Abstract (english)

In this diploma thesis, the salt of 2-(N,N-dimethylaminomethyl)cyclohexanone was prepared by performing Mannich reaction. Condensation of prepared 2-(N,Ndimethylaminomethyl)cyclohexanone, 4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde and 4dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde with the hydroxylamine hydrochloride resulted in the classical synthesis of appropriate oximes. Besides the classical syntheses in the solution, oximes were prepared by mechanochemical synthesis as well: without presence of the solvent and with the addition of the catalitical amount of the solvent (ethanol, acetone). Reaction course was monitored by FTIR spectroscopy. Furthermore, 4(dimethylammonium)benzaldehyde oxime was prepared and the reaction of methyl iodide and 4-dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde performed. All compounds were characterized by standard analytical spectroscopy methods (FTIR, 1H i 13C NMR).
