Abstract

Hrvatsko zagorje ili kraće Zagorje, regija je prepoznatljiva naziva i obilježja. Specifičnost reljefa daje mu prirodnu ljepotu. Nije bogato rudama, ali je zato iznimno bogato termalnim vrelima i mineralnim vodama. Predmet ovog rada je geografski značaj termalnih vrela Hrvatskog zagorja. Cilj je dati pregled ideja o porijeklu termalne vode i nastanku termalnih izvora u Hrvatskom zagorju te razmotriti valorizaciju termalnih izvora i njihov značaj za regiju.

Abstract (english)

Hrvatsko zagorje or shorter Zagorje, the region is recognizable by its name and characteristics. The specificity of the relief gives it a natural beauty. It is not rich in ores, but is extremely rich in thermal springs and mineral waters. The subject of this paper is the geographical significance of the thermal springs of Hrvatsko zagorje. The aim is to give an overview of ideas about the origin of thermal water and the emergence of thermal springs in Hrvatsko zagorje and to consider the valorisation of thermal springs and their importance for the region.
