Utjecaj uklanjanja pajasena (Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swinge) na transport tvari i drift makrozoobentosa u novoformiranim tokovima NP Krka

Abstract

Uzorkovanje drifta u ovom istraţivanju provedeno je u prosincu 2017. i sijeĉnju 2018. godine na ĉetiri postaje smještene na podruĉju sedrene barijere Skradinski buk u NP Krka. Istovremeno s uzorkovanjem drifta mjereni su i fizikalno-kemijski parametri vode. U uzorcima drifta odreĊen je sastav i brojnost pojedinih skupina makrozoobentosa te sastav i koliĉina razliĉitih veliĉinskih kategorija ĉestica organske i anorganske tvari. Uoĉena je razlika u mjerenim parametrima izmeĊu pojedinih postaja uzorkovanja. U prosincu 2017. na postajama s prosjeĉno najvećom koliĉinom organske tvari zabiljeţena je i najveća gustoća drifta makrozoobentosa, a na postajama s prosjeĉno najvećom brzinom strujanja vode zabiljeţena je i najveća koliĉina anorganske tvari. Većinu beskraljeţnjaĉke faune na svim postajama u prosincu zastupali su planktonski raĉići iz skupina Copepoda (veslonošci) i Cladocera (rašljoticalci), dospjeli u drift iz uzvodnog jezera, te manji udio jedinki iz porodica Simuliidae i Chironomidae. U sijeĉnju 2018., najveći udio u driftu imale su jedinke Copepoda te Diptera iz porodica Simuliidae i Chironomidae. Zakljuĉuje se da je na prostorno-vremenske razlike u gustoći drifta makrozoobentosa vjerojatno veliki utjecaj imao pojaĉani erozivni efekt vode, odnosno povećane koliĉine organske i anorganske tvari u stupcu vode, do kojih je došlo nakon uklanjanja pajasena, koji je prije uklanjanja vjerojatno ublaţavao erozivni uĉinak.

Abstract (english)

Macrozoobenthos drift samples were collected in December 2017 and January 2018 at four stations located in the area of travertine barrier Skradinski buk within NP Krka. At the same time, physico-chemical parameters of water were measured. In the collected drift samples, the composition and abundance of macrozoobenthos taxa, and the composition and quantity of different size categories of organic and inorganic matter particles were determined. The differences in the physico-chemical parameters between the individual sampling stations were observed. In December 2017, the highest density of macrozoobenthos drift was recorded at the stations with the highest amount of organic matter, whereas the highest quantity of inorganic matter in drift was recorded at the stations with the highest water flow velocity. Drift fauna at all stations in December was dominated by planktonic crustaceans belonging to Copepoda and Cladocera, whereas a smaller proportion belonged to the individuals belonging to dipteran families Simuliidae and Chironomidae. In January 2018, drift samples were dominated by individuals belonging to Copepoda and dipteran families Simuliidae and Chironomidae. It is concluded that the spatio-temporal patterns of the macrozoobenthos drift were likely influenced by the increased erosive effect of water and the consequently increased amounts of organic and inorganic matter in the water column. It likely occurred after removal of the tree of heaven, which probably mitigated the erosive water effect prior to its removal.
