Abstract

Odlagalište otpada Gorjak je odlagalište neopasnog, komunalnog otpada smješteno u SZ Hrvatskoj. To odlagalište izgrađeno je u skladu s Pravilnikom, a sastoji se od brtvenog i drenažnog sloja, zdenaca za otplinjavanje i sabirnog bazena za prihvat procjednih voda. Cilj rada bio je procijeniti utjecaj tog odlagališta otpada na okoliš, a navedeno se procjenjivalo pomoću rezultata kemijskih analiza procjednih voda sakupljenih na odlagalištu otpada dva puta godišnje u periodu od 2016. - 2018. godine. U tu svrhu svaka kemijska analiza bila je obrađena statističkim metodama, a dobiveni rezultati uspoređivani su međusobno i s maksimalno dopuštenim koncentracijama (mdk) propisanim legislativom. Analizom je dokazano da se koncentracije svih izmjerenih parametara (Pb, Cd, Hg, As, Zn, Ni, Cu, nitriti, fluoridi i cijanidi) nalaze ispod MDK propisanih Pravilnikom o graničnim vrijednostima emisija otpadnih voda. Iz navedenog proizlazi da po trenutno važećim propisima ovo odlagalište otpada ne predstavlja rizik za zdravlje ljudi i okoliš.

Abstract (english)

Landfill Gorjak is a landfill of non-hazardous, municipial waste located in NW Croatia. The landfill is constructed in accordance with the Regulations and consist of a sealing and drainge layer, degassing wells and a collecting pool for receiving leachate. The aim of the study was to evaluate the environmental impact of this landfill and the above was evaluated using the results of chemical analyzes of leachate collected at the landfill twice a year in a period 2016. - 2018. For this purpose, each chemical analysis was processed by statistical methods and the results were compared with each other and with the maximum permissible concentrations (mdk) prescribed by the legislation. The analysis has shown that the concentrations of all measured parameters (Pb, Cd, Hg, As, Zn, Ni, Cu, nitrites, fluorides and cyanides) are below the MRLs prescribed by the Regulation on the Limit Values of Waste Water Emissions. From the above it follows that according to the regulations currently in force this landfill does not pose a risk to human health and the environment.
