Abstract

Zajednica makrozoobentosa litorala istraživana je u akumulacijama Bajer i Tribalj koje se nalaze na različitom geografskom položaju i znatno se razlikuju prema nadmorskoj visini. Uzorci su sakupljani ručnom bentos mrežom do 1 m dubine na prirodnoj i antropogeno promijenjenoj obali. Uz sakupljanje uzoraka mjereni su fizikalno – kemijski čimbenici (temperatura vode, pH, koncentracija kisika, zasićenost kisikom, električna vodljivost i utrošak HCl-a). Istraživanje je provedeno u ljeto 2016. godine. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi razlike u sastavu i strukturi makrozoobentosa između dvije akumulacije i između prirodne i antropogeno promijenjene obale unutar akumulacija. Brojnost jedinki i raznolikost veća je u akumulaciji Bajer nego li u akumulaciji Tribalj. Brojnošću i raznolikošću posebno dominiraju skupine Oligochaeta i Chironomidae. Pomoću nemetričkog multidimenzionalnog skaliranja utvrđeno je da postoji potpuno odvajanje akumulacije Bajer od akumulacije Tribalj implicirajući da postoje značajne razlike u zajednici makrozoobentosa unutar akumulacija na različitim nadmorskim visinama. Istom analizom utvrđeno je da na sastav zajednice makrozoobentosa u znatnoj mjeri utječe i karakter antropogenog utjecaja.

Abstract (english)

Littoral macroinvertebrates were studied in reservoirs Bajer and Tribalj located in a different geographic location and vary considerably according to altitude. Samples were collected using manual benthos net up to 1 m depth in the natural and anthropogenically altered coast. In addition to collecting the samples were measured physical - chemical factors (water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen concentration, oxygen saturation, electrical conductivity and consumption of HCl). The study was conducted in the summer of 2016. The aim of this study was to determine the existence of differences between the two reservoirs and between natural and anthropogenic changes in the coast within the reservoir. Abundance and diversity are greater in Bajer reservoir than in the Tribalj reservoir. Oligochaeta and Chironomidae were especially dominant with the abundance and diversity. Non-metric multidimensional scaling analysis showed that there is a complete separation between Bajer reservoir and Tribalj reservoir implying that there are marked differences in the macroinvertebrate community in the reservoirs at different altitudes. The same analysis showed that differences in the composition of the macroinvertebrate community depend on the character of anthropogenic influences.
