Abstract

Makrozoobentos je zajednica beskralješnjaka vidljivih golim okom koji su prisutni svugdje u vodama. Uglavnom su dobro istraženi i poznata su njihova ekološka svojstva te su zbog toga dobar pokazatelj promjena i stanja u okolišu. U ovom je radu istražena makrofauna na izvorištima porječja akumulacije Butoniga, odnosno tri potoka (Račički potok, Dragućki potok, potok Butoniga) koja se ulijevaju u jezero. Provedena su tri uzorkovanja, dva u veljači i jedan u svibnju, na ukupno devet izvorišta.... More Praćeni su fizikalno-kemijski parametri za koje je primijećena razlika u mjerenjima između veljače i svibnja. Veće vrijednosti otopljenog kisika i kemijska potrošnja kisika (KPK) izmjerene su u veljači, dok su više vrijednosti temperature zabilježene u svibnju, a pH vrijednosti su u oba mjeseca bile bez većih odstupanja. Dobivena vrijednosti KPK i otopljenog kisika ukazuju na slabiju kvalitetu vode, ali ne nužno na onečišćenost izvora. Također, utvrđen je odnos između brojnosti nekih skupina beskralješnjaka i fizikalno-kemijskih parametara. U strukturi makrozoobentosa dominiraju rakušci i trzalci. Manjak predatora i dovoljna količina hrane pogodovali su dominaciji rakušaca na većini izvora. Jedini limnokreni izvor na potoku Butoniga ima najmanji broj taksa od kojih je najzastupljenija skupina maločetinaša. Izvorišta su stabilna, dobre kakvoće i sa slabim antropogenim utjecajem. Less

Abstract (english)

Macrozoobentos are all invertebrates visible to the naked eye. They are common in waters and therefore for the most part well researched, their ecological features are well-known and hence they are often used as an indicator of the ecological state of the habitat and a possible change therein. In this study, I analyzed macrozoobenthos at the springs of the Butoniga reservoir basin. Specifically, the springs of three streams (Račički potok, Dragućki potok, potok Butoniga) which flow into... More the lake. Three samplings were conducted, two in February and one in May, in nine springs. Higher values of dissolved oxygen and chemical oxygen demand (COD) were measured in February, while higher temperature values were recorded in May, and pH values, were without major fluctuations. The values of COD and dissolved oxygen showed lower water quality but not necessarily pollution of the springs. Correlation between abundance of invertebrates and physicochemical factors were found. The structure of the macrozoobenthos community was dominated by amphipods and non-biting midges. Small number of predators and plenty of food resource affected the dominance of amphipods in most springs. The only limnocrene spring is in Butoniga stream and has the fewest number of taxa, of which the most represented group is oligochaetes.
