Abstract

Rad je predstavio hrvatski i norveški mirovinski sustav kroz kraći povijesni pregled njihovog razvoja, opis reformi provedenih u zadnjih 20-tak godina, te odabrane pokazatelje oba sustava. Hrvatski je mirovinski sustav prezentiran kroz odabrane pokazatelje, te su izložene promjene koje je donijela posljednja reforma 2019. godine. Norveški je mirovinski sustav detaljnije opisan jer se smatra općenito manje poznatim čitatelju od domaćeg, hrvatskog mirovinskog sustava. Norveški je sustav prikazan prije reforme, te nakon reforme 2010. godine. Predstavljene su vrste mirovina koje se u sustavu isplaćuju, financiranje sustava, uvjeti za ostvarenje mirovina. Izneseni su neki pokazatelji mirovinskih sustava, te su na temelju njih mirovinski sustavi uspoređeni.

Abstract (english)

This work aimed to present two pension systems: Croatian and Norwegian. Short historical overview of both systems is given, pension reforms from the circa last 20 years are presented and some of the standard pension system indicators are shown. Croatian pension system is introduced by given indicators and changes that came with the last pension reform from 2019. Norwegian pension system is described with more details as it is assumed that the reader is less familiar with it than with the Croatian pension system. Norwegian pension system before and after the pension reform 2010 is described. Different types of pension benefits, the pension release rules and funding details are given. Finally, both systems are compared based on given indicators.
