Abstract

Agresivno ponašanje je uočljiva manifestacija agresije te se definira kao bilo koji čin s ciljem izazivanja štete, boli ili ozljede. Agresija se povezuje s poremećajima u kortikolimbičkoj mreži, a na razini neurotransmitera, povezuje se s promjenama u serotoninskom sustavu. Prijašnje studije upućuju na povezanost pojedinih polimorfizama gena serotoninskog receptora 2A (HTR2A) s agresivno-impulzivnim osobinama ili adolescentskim antisocijalnim ponašanjem. Cilj ovog rada bio je ispitati povezanost genotipova s obzirom na polimorfizme rs2070040 i rs9534511 gena HTR2A i težine agresivnog ponašanja kod adolescenata s poremećajem ophođenja i parcijalnim sindromom kod kojih su za procjenu agresivnog ponašanja korištene samoocjenska ljestvica za procjenu agresivnosti AG-87 i ljestvica otvorene agresivnosti-modificirana verzija (OAS-M). Studija je uključila 227 adolescenata muškog spola podijeljenih u 4 skupine, ispitanici s težim i ispitanici s lakšim poremećajem ophođenja, ispitanici s parcijalnim sindromom te zdravi kontrolni ispitanici. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata, nameće se zaključak da ne postoji povezanost polimorfizama rs2070040 i rs9534511 gena HTR2A i agresivnog ponašanja u muških adolescenata s poremećajem ophođenja. Evidentan je samo blagi utjecaj genotipa s obzirom na polimorfizam rs2070040 gena HTR2A na ukupan broj bodova ostvarenih na ljestvici OAS-M.

Abstract (english)

Aggressive behavior is a visible manifestation of aggression and it is defined as any act aimed at causing harm, pain or injury. Aggression is associated with disturbances in the corticolimbic network, and at the neurotransmitter level, it is associated with changes in the serotonergic system. Previous studies suggest the association of different serotonin receptor 2A (HTR2A) gene polymorphisms with aggressive-impulsive traits or antisocial behavior in adolescence. The aim of this study was to examine the association of genotypes according to polymorphisms rs2070040 and rs9534511 of the HTR2A gene and severity of aggressive behavior in adolescents with behavioral disorders and partial syndrome in whome the aggressive behavior was evaluated by selfadministred aggression scale AG-87 and the overt aggression scale modified (OAS-M) version. The study included 227 male adolescents divided into 4 groups, subjects with severe and subjects mild conduct disorder, subjects with partial syndrome and healthy control subjects. Based on the obtained results, it is concluded that there is no association between rs2070040 and rs9534511 polymorphisms of the HTR2A gene and aggressive behavior in male adolescents with conduct disorder. Only a slight influence of genotype with respect to the rs2070040 polymorphism of the HTR2A gene on the total OAS-M score is evident.
