Abstract

Istraživanje je provedeno na 4 zaštićena područja Republike Hrvatske. Cilj istraživanja je bio usporediti stanišnu i reljefnu raznolikost ovisno o različitoj tematskoj i prostornoj razlučivosti podloga. Korištene su karte staništa mjerila 1 : 25 000 i 1 : 100 000 analizirane na 3 razine kategorija Nacionalne klasifikacije stanište, te za analizu reljefnih morfoloških cjelina, kao mjere reljefne raznolikosti, digitalne modele reljefa prostornog razlučenja od 30 m i 100 m, s tri radijusa prilikom izračuna (500 m, 1 km, 2 km). Rezultati ANOVA testa pokazuju da se vrijednosti indeksa krajobrazne raznolikosti za staništa i reljef uvelike razlikuju u ovisnosti o tematskoj i prostornoj razlučivosti podloga. Statistički značajni rezultati dobiveni su kod t – testa zavisnih uzoraka Shannon-Wiener indeksa raznolikosti staništa, dok su izostali za reljefne morfološke cjeline. Koeficijenti korelacija indeksa raznolikosti za staništa i reljef su negativni s manjim brojem statistički značajnih rezultata. Rezultati upućuju da nije moguće samo na temelju reljefne raznolikosti govoriti o očekivanoj stanišnoj raznolikosti.

Abstract (english)

The study was conducted on 4 Croatian protected areas. The aim of the study was to compare the relief and habitat diversity of protected areas in dependence of spatial and thematical resolution of layers. Habitat maps of 1: 25 000 and 1: 100 000 scale were used and analyzed on 3 category levels of National habitat classification Also, they were used for analyzing the relief of morphological units, as a measure of relief diversity, as digital elevation model of spatial differentiation of 30 m and 100 m, with three radii during the calculation (500 m, 1 km and 2 km). The results of ANOVA test show that landscape diversity index values for habitats and relief vary greatly depending on the thematic and spatial resolution layers. Statistically significant results were obtained with t-test of dependent samples of Shannon-Wiener habitat diversity index, while they are absent for the relief of morphological units. Correlation coefficients of index diversity of habitats and the relief are negative with a small number of statistically important results. The results indicate that it is not possible to talk about expected habitat diversity based just on relief.
