Abstract

Diskalkulija je djelomičan poremećaj procesa usvajanja matematike. U ovom radu opisane su specifične teškoće u učenju te su napisane neke od pogrešaka koje čine djeca s diskalkulijom kako bismo ju mogli prepoznati i u poučavanju tim učenicima pristupiti na odgovarajući način. Naglasak je stavljen na aktivnosti za učenike osnovne škole, od petog do osmog razreda, koje uključuju konkretne didaktičke materijale, poput Cuisenaireovih štapića, Stern blokova, Unifiks kocaka te Dienesovih blokova, kako bi nastava matematike bila zanimljivija.

Abstract (english)

Dyscalculia is a partial disorder of math learning process. This paper describes specific learning disabilities and includes some of the mistakes made by children with dyscalculia with the aim to help us recognize it, as well as to help us find the appropriate approach to students with dyscalculia. The emphasis is put on activities for primary school students, grades five to eight. These activities include specific didactic materials like Cuisenaire rods, Stern blocks, Unifix cubes and Dienes blocks, in order to make math classes more interesting.
