Abstract

Prostorni razvoj zagrebačke Dubrave odvijao se u okviru složene geografske i socio-ekonomskih procesa. Svrha istraživanja vezana uz ovaj rad je pridonijeti razumijevanju faktora koji su utjecali na prostorni razmještaj i strukturu poslovnih djelatnosti u Dubravi. Analize su provedene prema postojećem stanju poslovnih djelatnosti u Dubravi. Analizirao se prostorni razmještaj i struktura poslovnih jedinica te gustoća poslovnih jedinica u odnosu na stanovništvo. Konačni cilj rada je prikazati Dubravu kao prostor u kojem postoji potencijal za zdrave investicije i kao primjer prostora koji bi se u budućnosti mogao odlikovati boljim prostornim planiranjem.

Abstract (english)

The spatial development of Zagreb County of Dubrava took place within the framework of complex geographic and socioeconomic issues. The purpose of the research related to this paper is to contribute to the understanding of factors that have influenced and affect the spatial distribution and structure of business activities in Dubrava. The analyses were carried out according to the existing state of business in Dubrava. The spatial distribution and structure of business units were analyzed in the thesis. The density of business units in relation to the population were also analyzed. The ultimate goal of the paper is to show Dubrava as space where there is a potential for healthy investments and as an example of space that could be known for its better spatial planning in the future.
