Abstract

Na postajama Izvor Rude i Ruda 2, na izvorišnom dijelu rijeke Rude, mjereni su fizikalnokemijski parametri vode (temperatura, koncentracija otopljenog kisika, zasićenje vode kisikom, pH, provodljivost, alkalinitet) i prikupljani uzorci makrozoobentosa. Razdoblje istraživanja trajalo je od kolovoza 2004. do kolovoza 2005. godine. Ukupno je utvrđeno devetnaest skupina makrozoobentosa koji su određivani najdalje do razine porodice. Međusobno su uspoređivane istraživane postaje Izvor Rude i Ruda 2... More i mikrostaništa litala unutar postaja. Najbrojnije skupine makrozoobentosa, na obje postaje, bile su Amphipoda, Gastropoda i Ephemeroptera. Na postaji Izvor Rude prevladava skupina Gastropoda, dok skupina Ephemeroptera prevladava na postaji Ruda 2. Postaja Izvor Rude odlikuje se većom brojnošću jedinki makroskopskih beskralješnjaka. Na obje istraživane postaje najveća je raznolikost zajednica utvrđena na mikrostaništu makrolitala i mesolitala sa ukupno sedamnaest skupina makrozoobentosa, a najmanja na mikrostaništu mikroalkala i alkala sa ukupno četrnaest skupina makrozoobentosa. Abstract (english)

On the two investigation stations in the spring area of the river Ruda physico-chemical water parameters (temperature, dissolved oxygen concentration, oxygen saturation, pH, conductivity, alkalinity) were measured and samples of macroinvertebrates were also collected. Research period was from the August of 2004 to August of 2005. Nineteen groups of macrozoobenthos were determined. The researched stations and their lital microhabitats were mutually compered. On the station Spring Ruda the most numerous taxon was Gastropoda, while the most numerous taxon Ephemeroptera was found on station Ruda 2. The station Spring Ruda was more abudant with macrozoobenthos. On both investigation stations the most diversity of macrozoobenthos was found on macrolital and mesolital microhabitats with seventeen groups of macrozoobentos and the least diversity of macrozoobentos was found on microlital and alkal microhabitats with fourteen groups of macrozoobenthos.
